    Abstract: Mixtures of asphalt and ethylene copolymers, in which asphalts from solvent extraction processes are used as asphalt. Compared to conventional molding materials comprising mixtures of straight-run asphalts and ethylene polymers, the compositions according to the invention show no exudation of oil. The molding materials may be converted to sheeting and be used in roofing, as container lining or as pipe coating.
