  • Patent number: 11945326
Abstract: A method for charging a high-voltage battery of an electric vehicle, comprising: providing the high-voltage battery having a nominal battery voltage; providing a charging station outputting a DC charging voltage; selectively pre-charging a second charging terminal of the charging station to a predetermined pre-charge voltage using a controllably limited pre-charge current supplied by electric power from the high-voltage battery.

  • Patent number: 5137393
Abstract: Arrangement for covering the surface, which may be inclined, of loose material, in particular earth or waste dump material, comprising a sealing course which is provided with a top fill. In order to improve the adhesion between the sealing course and the top fill, a rough layer is arranged on the sealing course, on top of the rough layer an adhesive non-woven fabric, which cooperates with the rough layer in an adhesive manner, and on top of the non-woven fabric a retaining mat, which bonds with the top fill. The adhesive non-woven fabric and the retaining mat may be a known geotextile drainage layer which, when reversed, is used for a standard drainage arrangement.

  • Patent number: 4469592
Abstract: A vibratory power screen normally has a generally planar and longitudinally extending frame having upstream and downstream ends and a pair of laterally spaced side members extending longitudinally between the ends. A generally planar screen is spanned longitudinally within the frame normally between its ends. The entire frame is tilted down from the upstream to the downstream end. Thus when particulate material is loaded onto the screen at the upstream end the particulate material migrates down along the screen to the downstream end with the smaller fractions falling through the screen. This sieve has respective pivot plates rotatably supporting beater shafts on the side members of the frame for rotation about respective substantially parallel adjustment axes extending transversely of the frame underneath the screen. Beater arms, which extend parallel to the screen from the beater shafts, have outer ends which engage the underside of the screen.

  • Patent number: 4319993
Abstract: A screen apparatus has a frame having a pair of spaced-apart longitudinal beams whose ends are bridged by a pair of spaced-apart transverse beams. A central longitudinal member or wall equidistant between the longitudinal beams has ends secured to the transverse beams. Transverse struts extend between the longitudinal beams and through the central wall and support a screen. The frame is mounted for limited displacement relative to a fixed support and a drive motor is fixed to the central member and carries an eccentric for limitedly displacing the frame and the screen in a vibratory or oscillatory manner.

  • Patent number: 3954604
Abstract: A sifting machine having vibration generators connected to the opposite ends of a sieve screen, the vibration generators being so constructed as to vibrate one end of the sieve screen at a relatively low frequency and a relatively high amplitude and to vibrate the other end of the sieve screen at a relatively high frequency and a relatively low amplitude.
