  • Patent number: 10900478
Abstract: A pump diaphragm for a diaphragm pump for conveying a fluid includes a solid core with a connection device for a drive rod of the diaphragm pump, and a plate-shaped elastic diaphragm body made of rubber having a peripheral clamping edge. The solid core is embedded at least partially in the diaphragm body and the solid core is produced from a thermoplastic and forms covalent bonds with the elastic diaphragm body made of rubber without adhesive. For this purpose, the thermoplastic, for example polyamide 612 or polyphenylene ether, and the rubber, a periodically cross-linked rubber such as EPDM, are selected in such a way that they are covalently cross-linked with one another at the boundary layer. In this way, a bonding layer that is susceptible to weakening or destruction is not present between the core and the diaphragm body.

  • Patent number: 7008475
Abstract: The invention relates to aqueous colorant preparations containing A) between 0.1 and 50 wt. % of at least one organic and/or inorganic pigment and/or at least one organic colorant. B) between 0.01 and 80 wt. % of at least one naphthol-oxyalkylate sulfopropyl ether, one alkanol-oxyalkylate sulfopropyl ether or one alkylphenol-oxyalkylate sulfopropyl ether. C) between 0 and 30 wt. % of at least one organic solvent. D) between 0 and 20 wt. % of other standard derivatives and E) between 10 and 90 wt % of water, respectively in relation to the total weight (100%) of the colorant preparation. The colorant preparation is used, for example, in printing inks, especially ink jet printing inks.

  • Publication number: 20040233262
Abstract: The invention relates to colorant preparations that essentially consist of A) 0.1 to 50% by weight, preferably 1 to 30% by weight, of at least one dye from the group of organic pigments. inorganic pigments and organic dyes, B) 0.01 to 80% by weight, preferably 0.1 to 50% by weight, of at least one water-soluble dispersing agent on the basis of an acid-free block polymethacrylic acid ester/block polyethylenoxide copolymer, C) 0 to 30% by weight, preferably 0.1 to 15% by weight, of at least one organic solvent, D) 0 to 20% by weight, preferably 0.1 to 5% by weight, of further conventional additives, E) 10 to 90% by weight, preferably 20 to 60% by weight, of water, each based on the total weight of the colorant preparation (100% by weight). The invention is useful in a variety of colorant preparations including printing inks, especially in ink-jet inks.
