  • Publication number: 20220085584
Abstract: A support member includes a flexible member and a plurality of support elements linearly attached to the flexible member, each support element including first and second contact portions, the support elements being positioned on the flexible member such that the first contact portion of each support element faces the second contact portion of a corresponding adjacent support element. The support member is movable between a straight configuration in which the first contact portion of each support element is received in the second contact portion of the corresponding support element such that the first contact portion and the second contact portion cooperate to restrict bending of the support member in a first direction, and a curved configuration in which the first contact portion of each support element and the second contact portion of the corresponding support element are spaced apart to permit the flexible member to bend in a second direction.

  • Publication number: 20100186225
Abstract: A flat cable having at least two conductor planes, in which a number of electrical conductors running in the longitudinal direction of the cable are arranged, in which the electrical conductors in the flat cable thickness direction and/or in the flat cable width direction are kept at a defined distance from each other by means of a central insulation layer of predetermined thickness acting as a spacer insulator and are electrically insulated and positioned relative to each other and to the flat cable exterior by means of an outer insulation layer.

  • Patent number: 4448464
Abstract: Cooling appliance, including a housing having an opening formed therein, a solid outer layer, an inner lining having a surface facing the outer layer, and hard synthetic foam being foamed in situ between said inner lining and outer layer, at least one lockable door covering the opening, a mounting rail being embedded in the synthetic foam on the surface of the inner lining, a first bearing part fixed on the mounting rail in vicinity of the opening, a second bearing part being movably disposed on the first bearing part, and at least one supporting tray being disposed in the housing and having a given region being disposed on the second bearing part, the supporting tray having a curved portion opposite the given region for permitting the tray to be at least partly swung out of the housing with the door open.

  • Patent number: 4241587
Abstract: Apparatus and method for storing material at and below a permissible upper temperature below the freezing point in a refrigeration chamber containing a heat exchanger and a thermostat to activate a refrigeration to supply coolant to the heat exchanger to maintain a set temperature. Periodically defrosting the heat exchanger by introducing heat, usually by an electric heating element in the refrigeration chamber, but prior to initiating defrosting, the thermostat is taken out of control of the refrigeration unit and the latter automatically activated to effect a drop in temperature in the chamber sufficient to prevent the stored material from exceeding it permissible upper temperature during subsequent defrosting.
