  • Patent number: 7060509
Abstract: The invention is used in the field of materials engineering and relates to a method for defining reference magnetizations which could be used, for example, in magnetic sensor technology components. The object of the present invention is to disclose a method for defining reference magnetizations in layer systems, whereby the reference directions can be selected as desired with regard to number and spatial direction. The object is attained through a method for defining reference magnetizations in layer systems in which at least one layer system is produced by geometrically structuring a hard-magnetic and/or soft-magnetic layer and by applying the hard-magnetic and/or soft magnetic layer to at least one antiferromagnetic layer before, during or after a single-stage or multi-stage thermal treatment, whereby the temperature is increased at least to a temperature greater than the coupling temperature and the layer system is cooled afterwards.

  • Patent number: 4436327
Abstract: Clamp joint for axially clamping together the end faces of two coaxial cylindrical members having identical diameters, the clamp joint including at least one first projection secured to one member near the end face thereof and at least one second projection secured to the other member near the end face thereof, each projection projecting substantially radially outwardly from its associated member, and lying in a plane parallel to the common longitudinal axis of the members, a connecting part articulated to the first projection, extending axially from the first member to the region of the second projection and lying in a plane parallel to the common longitudinal axis of the members, the second projection and the connecting part being provided with bores whose axes are transverse to the common longitudinal axis of the members and located to be aligned with one another when the end faces of the members are in proximity to one another, and a bolt arranged to be inserted into the bores in the direction of their ax

  • Patent number: 4376593
Abstract: A body formed of a plurality of individual elements is connected together via tongue and groove connections. The tongues have flanks which are inclined with respect to the base of the tongue and converge with increasing distance from the base, while the associated grooves have a corresponding shape. The flank or flanks of the tongue is provided with projections or recesses which engage recesses or projections respectively on the abutting flanks of the associated grooves.

  • Patent number: 4325414
Abstract: A hollow body assembly wherein a circumferential flange is disposed on the outside and/or inside of each of a pair of individual elements to be connected at their connecting surfaces. Each of the flanges has a transverse outer surface which is perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of its respective individual element and an inner surface which is oblique to the transverse direction of the outer surface. A circumferential ring having an inner channel surrounds the flanges when the elements are connected, the ring having side edges for gripping the oblique surfaces of the flanges. The distance between the side edges of the ring when it is in its unstressed condition is less than the distance between the base points of the oblique surfaces of the flanges.

  • Patent number: 4324445
Abstract: A refrigeration or warming cabinet having detachably assembled flat wall elements. On each flat wall element is located a plurality of groove-tongue connections formed in the connecting areas. At least one wall element has, in addition to the groove and/or tongue positions on the front side, grooves and/or tongues on one side surface. The grooves and tongues have an approximate trapezoidal cross section and run continuously along the edges of the wall elements in such a manner that in the corner areas the grooves and/or tongues of the side surfaces of one of the wall elements merges into the tongues and grooves of the front side of another of the wall elements.
