    Abstract: The invention relates to a flexible shaft coupling whose two coupling halves, each comprising a connecting flange, are connected to one another by means of a lamella packet collar so as to rotate together but be axially and angularly movable relative to one another, wherein the lamella packet collar is comprised of several lamellas axially spaced by spacer elements and is fastened by means of circumferentially distributed fastening and clamping elements alternatingly to the two connecting flanges. For reducing or preventing noise which is caused by the bending movements of the lamellas as a result of the angular misalignment compensation, it is provided that the lamellas are connected with one another by an elastic material in a positive-locking manner in that the lamellas are embedded in the elastic material so that the elastic material is also arranged between the lamellas and at the outer sides of the lamella packet collar.

    Abstract: An elastic coupling with axial and angular movement for connecting two rotating machine parts (3, 4), comprises at least one elastic coupling part (2, 2') and at least one torsionally-rigid all-steel coupling part (1). Hitherto known couplings of this type, have the disadvantage that their elastic coupling elements are also expected to compensate for angular and/or radial offset, which leads to excessive loads. By contrast, the coupling according to the invention provides for the elastic coupling part (2) on the one machine part (3) being torsionable, and in relation to the latter's axis of rotation, radially rigidly-guided, while the torsionally-rigid coupling part (1) is connected to the elastic coupling part (2) and the other machine part (4) in a way that allows axial and angular movement in each case.

    Abstract: A flexible all-steel shaft coupling with two connecting flanges which are connected by a laminated spring ring arranged between them. The laminated spring ring is arranged on clamping bolts by clamping bushes and is held at a distance from the flanges by spacer collars. A washer with a low-friction coating is arranged between the laminated spring ring and each of the spacer collars. The washers prevent the upper lamellae from wrapping as a result of the rotation of the spacer collars during the bracing of the laminated spring ring, this being the cause of premature breaking of the lamellae.

    Abstract: A flexible all-steel shaft coupling has two coupling halves each comprising a connecting flange and which are axially and angularly movable but antitorsionally connected to each other through a yieldable stapled lamella crown connected to the connecting flanges. Each connection of the stapled lamella crown with one of flanges consists of a bolt on which rests, in clamped position between spacer rings, the stapled lamella crown on a spring collet provided with a conical press seat. Due to its conical support on the bolt, the conical spring collet is radially expanded and transmits radial pretension into bores of the stapled lamella crown. Due to the tolerance-free support of the stapled lamella crown on the bolt, and due to radial pretension in the bores of the stapled lamella crown, the shaft coupling may be easily mounted without precision machning and without tolerance on the support seats, while expansions and ovalizations of the bores, which lead to ruptures due to notch corrosion are prevented.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a torque-limiting clutch. An engagement lock (2, 8, 9, 11, 12) and a friction clutch (6, 20-26) disengageable counter to the force of an axially acting spring are arranged in series in the force transmission path between the drive side (1) and the power take-off side (26) of the clutch. The engagement lock (2, 8, 9, 11, 12) is stressed by a second spring which, when the engagement lock has been disengaged, acts on a first portion of the adjustment travel only. Assigned to the locking device (9) of the engagement lock (2, 8, 9, 11, 12) is an ascending curve, the steepness of which is greater over the first portion of the adjustment travel than over the portion adjoining the latter. In this clutch, the limiting torque is determined solely by the second spring.

The web is provided adjacent the inlet to the take-up chamber with a springy detent a projection of which rides on the film and snaps into a perforation formed adjacent the film end in the film and/or in an end paper of the same. This prevents the film end from slipping into the take-up chamber and becoming inaccessible.
