Abstract: An improved stabilizing tool functions in complement with conventional vascular surgical, interventional, cardiological and urological medical radiological, devices among others. Provided is a combinational set of tubular housing elements having alternate fail-safe securement mechanisms which prevents contamination while being operable, generally by a skilled surgeon with one of his two hands, leaving the other free to perform required surgical tasks.
