Abstract: A construction includes a plurality of interconnectable building elements, the plurality of interconnectable building elements including a first building element and a second building element, the first and second building elements including a first and second coupling devices for releasably interconnecting the first and second building elements. The first building element is a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) functional building element. The PLMN functional building element includes: at least one of the first and second coupling devices; a radiofrequency transceiver module; and an identification module including or configured to receive at least one of a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card or a Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM) card. The radiofrequency transceiver module and the identification module are configured to attach the PLMN functional building element to a PLMN as a mobile device.
