  • Publication number: 20200056039
Abstract: The invention relates to a polyamide-based sliding material, having fillers that improve the tribological properties, wherein the fillers comprise at least one metal sulfide and/or calcium phosphate. The invention further relates to a plain-bearing composite material, having a metal support layer, in particular made of steel or bronze, optionally a porous carrier layer, in particular made of bronze, and a sliding material, which fills the pores in the carrier layer, and to a three-dimensional shaped body for sliding load, consisting of a sliding material, in particular produced as an injection-molded or extrusion part and/or by additive manufacturing.

  • Patent number: 9926978
Abstract: A plain bearing composite material (2), has a supporting layer (4), optionally a porous substrate layer (6), in particular made of bronze, and a sliding layer material (8) made of a matrix-forming thermoplastic plastic material (10) and fillers (12) accommodated therein, wherein the sliding layer material (8) has a fraction of 1-40 vol % wollastonite as a mineral filler (14) and at least half of the wollastonite is present with needle-shaped modification.

  • Publication number: 20080110331
Abstract: The invention relates to a cam ring (2) for an injection pump for an internal combustion engine, comprising a round opening (4) for a shaft section, which can be eccentrically driven, and comprising a flattened outer section (6) against which a displacer element of the injection pump can be supported. A bush-shaped low-friction bearing means (12) for mounting the shaft section is provided inside the opening (4) of the cam ring (2). In order to reduce the problematic effects of pressing in the low-friction bearing means into the opening, the cam ring is designed so that the low-friction bearing means (12) in one form comprises a polymer-based bearing coating material (14) with friction-reducing fillers, which is directly placed upon the surface (16) of the cam ring (2) that delimits the opening (4).
