A beneficial effect of the present invention is as follows: Because a liquid such as the color paste or water has surface tension, the color paste adheres to a surface of an outlet, outpouring precision of the outpouring assembly is affected. A paste discharge pipe is disposed in the liquid outlet through hole, so that a quantity of color pastes adhered to a paste discharge outlet of the paste discharge pipe can be effectively reduced.

The pump body includes a rotating shaft, and the rotating shaft rotates to cause the pump body to pump and discharge the liquid; and the regulating mechanism includes a driving shaft driven by a driving mechanism to rotate, and the driving shaft drives the rotating shafts of the liquid storage mechanisms to rotate through a transmission mechanism and maintains a proportion for the rotating speeds between the rotating shafts.

Abstract: A weight-volume mixing color matching method, reclamation mechanism and automatic color mixer for automobile refinishing paintings are discussed. The method comprises (1) finding out an automobile information ID card printed with a color number on an automobile body to be refinished, finding out a color code of the automobile body or getting a close color card code through comparison, and finding out a weight formula of the refinishing paints to be used through a reader or a computer color-matching system; or using a spectrophotometer to detect coatings of the automobile body to be refinished at a position where a surface of the coatings is complete, and outputting a weight formula of the refinishing paints after calculation; and (2) converting the weight formula of the refinishing paints into a corresponding volume formula of the refinishing paints according to a measured specific gravity of a color masterbatch.
