Abstract: Described herein are compositions and methods for inhibition of Asialoglycoprotein receptor 1 (ASGR1) gene expression. RNA interference (RNAi) agents, e.g., double stranded RNAi agents, and RNAi agent-targeting ligand conjugates for inhibiting the expression of anASGR1 gene are described. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising one or more ASGR1 RNAi agents, optionally with one or more additional therapeutics, are also described. The ASGR1 RNAi agents can be used in methods of treatment of various diseases and conditions, such as cardiometabolic diseases related to elevated non-HDL cholesterol (non-HDL-C) levels, elevated LDL cholesterol (LDL-C) levels, elevated total cholesterol levels, and/or elevated triglyceride (TG) levels.

Abstract: Disclosed are a resource selection method and apparatus under multiple carriers, a computer device and a storage medium. The resource selection method comprises: determining at least one candidate carrier according to a resource occupancy exclusion result on each carrier; setting a resource on the candidate carrier to be available, performing exclusion according to a sensing result and obtaining a set of available resources; selecting a transmission resource from the set of available resources, and setting a semi-persistent scheduling counter for resource scheduling. The present application provides a resource selection solution reducing half-duplex influence as far as possible, and reducing the impact due to loss of receiving opportunities and the number of skip subframes, and also avoids the problem of too severe power allocation caused by simultaneous transmission with multiple service packets.

Abstract: An auto-releasing method and arrangement of a detachable magazine for a firearm is provided. The auto-releasing arrangement is able to physically remind the operator that it is the right time to replace the magazine and to continue fire without having to performing a series of magazine reloading operations to reset the firearm into the fire mode, wherein the magazine will automatically be released and removed from the magazine receiving cavity of the firearm. In other words, the operator can simply insert another loaded magazine into the magazine receiving cavity while the firearm still has at least one cartridge chambered for firing, so that the time cost on performing such operations can substantially be saved to increase the survival probability during a gunfight or the like.

Abstract: Provided are a fungus-sourced high-temperature neutral Family-45 cullulase as well as a coding gene and application thereof. The cullulase has optimal pH value of 5.5, and optimal temperature of 60° C., has certain enzyme activity in alkaline condition, and has good alkali resistance, maintains about 70% enzyme activity in optimal condition after being processed at 90° C. for 1 hour, maintains about 50% enzyme activity in optimal condition after being processed in boiling water for 1 hour, and can be well applied in c and other fields.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display panel and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device. The display panel includes a first substrate and a second substrate that are opposite to each other. The display panel further includes a spacer located on the first substrate, and at least two walls located on the second substrate. The at least two walls form a recess region. The spacer corresponds to the recess region. The at least two walls are configured to limit a movement of the spacer. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, the spacer is effectively prevented from slipping into the display region when the display panel is subjected to an external force.

Abstract: A first communication device generates a first portion and a second portion of a wakeup radio (WUR) wakeup packet. The first portion of the WUR wakeup packet corresponds to a wireless local area network (WLAN) legacy preamble, and spans a first frequency bandwidth. The second portion of the WUR wakeup packet spans a second bandwidth that is less than the first bandwidth, and is configured to cause a WUR of a second communication device to cause a WLAN network interface device of the second communication device to transition from a low power state to the active state. Generating the second portion of the WUR wakeup packet includes i) generating a sync portion having a plurality of sync symbols, and ii) generating a wakeup packet body. The first communication device transmits the WUR wakeup packet.

Abstract: In a fuel tank, a pressure regulator is placed at an outside of a sub-tank and regulates a pressure of fuel of a pressure-regulation path, which is discharged from a fuel pump and is fed toward an outside of the fuel tank. A fuel recovery passage portion recovers excess fuel, which becomes excess at the pressure-regulation path, to the sub-tank. The sub-tank has an opening at a location that is higher than the suction filter. The fuel recovery passage portion is inserted from the outside of the sub-tank into the inside of the sub-tank through the opening while a gap is formed between the fuel recovery passage portion and the opening, so that the fuel recovery passage portion has an excess fuel outlet that discharges the excess fuel at a location that is on an inner side of the opening where an inside of the sub-tank is placed.

The housing is further provided with an explosion-proof sealing door. An oxygen cylinder, a power supply, a maintenance box, a first air purifier and a medical box are provided in the equipment compartment. Areas where the maintenance box and the medical box of the equipment compartment are provided communicate with the passenger compartment.

The voice query may be received by the voice recognition engine from a user device in response to receipt of the voice query by the user device at the user device. The cache may be configured to determine an audio fingerprint based on the audio file and to determine whether the audio fingerprint corresponds to one of a plurality of audio transcriptions stored in the cache. The audio transcriptions may correspond to popular voice queries received at the voice recognition engine and processed by a server capable of performing automated speech recognition. In response to determining that the audio fingerprint corresponds to a given one of the stored audio transcriptions, the audio file may be processed based on the stored audio transcription.

The device isolates the connected component from the magnetic liquid sealing structure by the two clamping plates, such that the axial and radial deformations and displacements of the connected component will not be loaded on parts in magnetic liquid sealing structure, prolonging the service life of the magnetic liquid sealing.
