    Abstract: According to the embodiments provided herein, a method for sputtering a TCO material onto a substrate includes process conditions that produce a textured topography at the interfaces of various layers. The textured topography can include an average roughness from about 5 to about 40 nm. The process conditions can include providing oxygen in the sputtering environment at a flow rate of from 0 to about 30 sccm; or heating the substrate to at least 200; or increasing the magnetic field strength to above 40 mT. The textured topography creates interfacial transition areas which have hybrid physical properties compared to their constituent materials.

The filling method comprises filling a non-polar solution into pixel grids on a lower substrate of an electrowetting display device in air, and filling a polar solution to immediately cover the non-polar solution filled after filling the non-polar solution into the pixel grids. Compared with filling the non-polar solution into the polar solution, directly filling the non-polar solution in air has better filling uniformity, easier operation and control. With the method, the fillings of the polar solution and the non-polar solution are easy, having a higher filling efficiency, and no air bubble residue.

Specifically, a transmitter coil at a wireless power transmitter is driven under an operating frequency and an input voltage. Deadtime information at the wireless power receiver is received, from a wireless power receiver having a receiver coil that receives wireless power from the transmitter coil. A microcontroller then determines, based on the received deadtime information or the operating frequency, whether the operating frequency deviates from a target operating frequency range. Based on the determination, one or both of the operating frequency or the input voltage are adjusted thereby causing the operating frequency to fall within the target operating frequency range.
