    Abstract: A thin film transistor and a preparation method thereof are provided. The thin film transistor includes an upper gate electrode, a lower gate electrode, an upper insulating layer, a lower insulating layer, a semiconductor layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode. The lower insulating layer is arranged on the lower gate electrode, the semiconductor layer is arranged on the lower insulating layer, the semiconductor layer is respectively lapped with the source electrode and the drain electrode, the upper insulating layer covers the semiconductor layer, and the upper gate electrode is arranged on the upper insulating layer. In a plane parallel to a conducting channel, there is a first gap between an orthographic projection of the upper gate electrode and an orthographic projection of the source electrode, and there is a second gap between the orthographic projection of the upper gate electrode and an orthographic projection of the drain electrode.

    Abstract: A carbon material-polymer strain sensitive film and its preparation method are disclosed. The carbon material-polymer strain sensitive film includes multiple layers of carbon sensitive films and multiple layers of polymer films, wherein the multiple layers of carbon sensitive films and the multiple layers of polymer films form a multi-layer composite film in sequence through a layer-by-layer assembly process. The preparation method includes steps of: cleaning, processing a hydrophilic treatment and processing a hydrophobic treatment on a rigid substrate in sequence; preparing a carbon material in dispersion solution and a polymer dispersion solution; through a layer-by-layer self-assembly process, growing the polymer and the carbon material in a form of layer-by-layer on the rigid substrate; transferring the composite film from the rigid substrate to a flexible substrate; and pasting two electrodes at two ends of the composite film and encapsulating with a flexible film.

    Abstract: In the present invention, an integrated scintillator and collimator array for a detector utilized in a CT imaging system is provided. The integrated scintillator and collimator assembly is are fabricated from a manufacturing process or technique in which a scintillator array including a number of scintillation pixels is optically measured to determine the precise position of each pixel on the array. A transition material is applied to the array in a 3D printing method using the position data from the optical measurement and in subsequently bonded thereto in a sintering process to form a transition material layer. A collimator material is then 3D printed onto the transition material layer using the optical measurement data to form collimator plates on the array in alignment with the pixels thereby forming a unitary scintillator/collimator assembly for use in a detector for a CT imaging system.

Using an embodiment, it is possible to reduce the storage of redundant data, thereby saving storage space.

The disassembled source code is executed. When the interrupt at each indirect function call is triggered, the function name of a function referenced by a register may be determined.
