    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method for preparing a low-cost fully-biodegradable plant fiber starch tableware. A plant cellulose material containing dregs of Scutellaria baicalensis is modified to obtain a modified plant fiber starch blank. Konjac gum is subjected to pulverization and ultrafine pulverization to obtain a colloidal binder combined with a deacetylated konjac gum. The colloidal binder is mixed with the modified plant fiber starch blank to obtain a mixture. The mixture is subjected to foam molding in a forming mold to obtain the low-cost fully-biodegradable plant fiber starch tableware.

The composite magnetic nanomaterial is used for enriching and detecting low-abundance proteins in serum, and specific low-abundance proteins in the serum can be efficiently and selectively enriched by means of the specific reaction between an antigen and an antibody.

If confirmation is not received within a timeout interval, a timeout occurs and the management network configuration is rolled back to a last known good configuration. If the configuration change cannot be successfully applied, a failure notification is sent to the central manager and the configuration of the node is rolled back to a last known good configuration.

    Abstract: An artificial intelligence (AI) classifier is trained using supervised training and an effect of noise in the training data is reduced. The training data includes observed noisy labels. A posterior transition matrix (PTM) is used to minimize, in a statistical sense, a cross entropy between a noisy label and a function of the classifier output. A loss function using the PTM is provided to use in training the classifier. The classifier provides final output predictions with good performance even with the existence of noisy labels. Also, information fusion is included in the classifier training using the PTM and an estimated noise transition matrix (NTM) to reduce estimation error at the classifier output.
