Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of genetic engineering or enzyme engineering, and in particular to an application of MmBBK2 in preparation of trypsin and chymotrypsin inhibitors. The MmBBK2 has the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO.1 or SEQ ID NO.2. The present disclosure clarifies for the first time that MmBBK2 in mulberry leaves has both trypsin and chymotrypsin inhibitory activity, and reveals its physical and chemical properties. The MmBBK2 has good application prospects in preparing trypsin and chymotrypsin inhibitors. On the basis of knowing its physical and chemical properties, its activity may be accordingly eliminated, promoting the development and utilization of mulberry leaf resources in animal feed, providing new perspectives and ideas for the development and utilization of mulberry leaves in animal feed and health food, and improving economic benefits of mulberry resources.

Abstract: Systems, apparatus, and methods for detecting air breathed by a user and/or one or more gases are provided herein. In some embodiments, an apparatus may include a test material adapted to reduce in size when exposed to one or more stimuli. In some embodiments, one or more chemicals may be disposed on the test material and, when exposed to the air breathed by the user, the one or more chemicals are adapted to transform from a first color to a second color. In some embodiments, when the test material reduces in size an intensity of the second color increases. The apparatus may further include a face mask. In this regard, the test material may be removably attached to the face mask. The apparatus may further include a spectrophotometer configured to determine if the one or more chemicals have transformed from the first color to the second color.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of genetic engineering or enzyme engineering, and in particular to an application of MmPI in preparation of trypsin inhibitors. One example mode switching method includes generating, by a first device, first indication information, where a packet data control protocol (PDCP) entity in the first device is connected to at least two radio link control (RLC) entities in a second device, and sending, by the first device, the first indication information to the second device, where the first indication information is used to indicate that transmission between a first RLC entity in the at least two RLC entities and the PDCP entity in the first device is to be canceled. The second device stops the transmission between the first RLC entity and the PDCP entity based on the first indication information.

Abstract: The invention provides 3D-knitted spacer fabrics of high breathability and moisture management and methods of making the 3D-knitted spacer fabrics. The middle layer of the fabric is made of hydrophilic material, comprising two yarns, a blended thermo-fuse wicking yarn comprising hydrophilic fiber and thermo-fuse fiber, and a non-supportive hydrophilic functional wicking yarn. The top layer of the fabric comprises a hydrophilic yarn, and the third layer of the fabric comprises a hydrophobic yarn. The 3D-knitted spacer fabrics are useful in clothing and equipment for wear in high temperature environments.
