  • Patent number: 9140298
Abstract: The segmented viscoelastic bushing for rating electrical machines bearing is disclosed herein, and is designed to absorb radial and axial expansion variations during the rotating electrical machine operation. The bushing is configured to be housed between the bearing and the wheel hub in order to absorb impacts, while allowing for a controlled level of axial and radial movement of the bearing resulting from the existing clearance between the bearing and the outer ring of the bearing.

  • Publication number: 20140159524
Abstract: The present invention discloses an auto centering fitting system for the assembly of rotating electrical machines, comprising a couple of caps (1a) and (1b), wherein said cap (1b) shows a cylindrical geometry, optionally interrupted, comprising a strengthened peripheral region (3b) from which a male-type structure (6) complementary to the channel (4) of the cap (1a) extends longitudinally; and said cap (1a) shows a strengthened region (3a), from which a pair of symmetrical tabs (3c) project distally, which will define a fitting channel (4), forming a junction (5) through the application of axial pressure on both caps in opposite directions to each other, allowing for the fitting of (6) to (4).
