    Abstract: A digital-to-analog converter (DAC) includes a plurality of resistive elements connected together in series to form a ring of resistive elements. A node is formed by each of the connections of adjacent resistive elements of the ring. Groups of parallel-connected switches are coupled to each node. A first switch of the group of switches is for selectively coupling a first power supply voltage terminal to the node. A second switch of the group of switches is for selectively coupling a second power supply voltage to the node. A third switch of the group of switches is for selectively coupling an output terminal to the node. A differential or single-ended analog output may be provided. Mismatch induced error is removed using a mismatch error shaping technique that shapes the errors outside a pass-band.

    Abstract: A power supply system driving a load including a main power apparatus and a backup power apparatus is disclosed. The main power apparatus provides main power to the load according to city power. The backup power apparatus provides backup power to the load when the city power does not correspond to a first pre-determined condition and includes a recombination unit, a fuel cell unit, a transformation unit, and a control unit. The recombination unit recombines a methanol component to a hydrogen component. The fuel cell unit receives the hydrogen component to generate a first power. The transformation unit detects the city power and transforms the first power to generate the backup power. When the city power does not correspond to a first pre-determined condition, the control unit activates the reformer, the fuel cell unit, and the transformation unit to generate the backup power.

    Abstract: An energy adjusting method for controlling output energy of a fuel cell group, wherein at least one of the fuel cell group and a secondary battery group drives a load is disclosed. The voltage of the fuel cell group is boosted by a boost regulation module to generate a first adjustment voltage. The boost regulation module boosts the voltage of the fuel cell group according to a first control signal. The first adjustment voltage is dropped by a drop regulation module to generate a second adjustment voltage to the load. The drop regulation module drops the first adjustment voltage according to a second control signal. At least one of the fuel cell group, the boost regulation module, the drop regulation module and the load is detected to generate a detection result. The first and the second control signals are generated according to the detection result.
