An adder input multiplexer stage includes an output coupled to second inputs of the adder stage, and first and second inputs coupled to outputs the first and second adder input latches, respectively.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a gate driver circuit and a plurality of driving wires. By disposing gate driver circuits with different distribution density in non-bending frame regions and adjusting corresponding driving wires wired from an output end of the gate driver circuit to a bending displaying region, normal driving of the bending displaying region can be achieved and simultaneously damages to the gate driver circuit during folding can be mitigated or obviated.

The scheduling information may include timing information and channel information for the FD communication.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure provide a deep sequence model, referred to as Koopman Neural Forecaster (KNF), for time series forecasting. KNF leverages deep neural networks (DNNs) to learn the linear Koopman space and the coefficients of chosen measurement functions. KNF imposes appropriate inductive biases for improved robustness against distributional shifts, employing both a global operator to learn shared characteristics, and a local operator to capture changing dynamics, as well as a specially-designed feedback loop to continuously update the learnt operators over time for rapidly varying behaviors. KNF achieves superior performance on multiple time series datasets that are shown to suffer from distribution shifts.

By optimizing the dielectric constant of the high molecular polymer in the binding layer of the electrochemical device, a binding force of the binding layer can be effectively increased, deformation of the anode or the cathode due to volume swelling during charge and discharge cycles is reduced, and peeling from the separator is avoided.
