    Abstract: A continuous process for preparing exo-THDCPD by isomerization of endo-THDCPD includes the step of passing endo-THDCPD and hydrogen gas successively through a first reaction zone filled with a hydrogenation protectant and a second reaction zone filled with an isomerization catalyst to perform a hydroisomerization reaction so as to obtain exo-THDCPD, wherein the hydrogenation protectant is a supported metal hydrogenation catalyst, and the isomerization catalyst is a metal-modified molecular sieve catalyst. The process converts endo-THDCPD to exo-THDCPD, with a conversion of greater than 86% and a target product selectivity of greater than 94%.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for excitation spectral microscopy using frame-synchronized acousto-optic scanning of fluorescent excitation wavelengths. Linear unmixing of the images of targets of components that are individually labeled with different fluorophores can be simultaneously imaged with high temporal resolution and low crosstalk and the local abundance of each fluorophore at each pixel can be quantified. Fluorophore decomposed micrographs of the sample can be obtained by rendering the abundance in each pixel as an image.

In the present invention, human keratinocytes are persistently exposed to and incubated with a low dose of dimethylarsinous acid, to construct an inorganic arsenic metabolite dimethylarsinous acid (DMAIII)-induced malignantly transformed cell model of human keratinocytes. The malignantly transformed cell model of the present invention promotes the identification of carcinogenicity of arsenic methylated metabolites, and indicates that long-term exposure to low-dose arsenic metabolite dimethylarsinous acid (DMAIII) causes malignant transformation of skin cells, thus providing a new cell model basis and new research idea for the study of carcinogenic mechanism of arsenic.
