    Abstract: An apparatus receives current image frame data and data relating to at least one previous image frame for an electronic display. One or more parameters related to hysteresis of transistors in the electronic display are sensed. A correlation device, such as a look-up table, receives the sensed parameter or parameters and the data relating to one or more image frames, and uses this information, at least in part, to output an appropriate compensation signal for the current image frame data. The compensated current image frame data may then be supplied to the electronic display to reduce or eliminate the effects of hysteresis on the displayed image.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a MEMS microphone, having a base and a capacitive system provided on the base. The capacitive system includes a diaphragm and a back plate. The MEMS microphone is further provided with a supporting frame located between the back plate and the diaphragm. One end of the supporting frame is connected with the back plate, and the other end is connected with the diaphragm. The supporting frame divides the cavity into a first cavity body and a second cavity body. The supporting frame is provided with a connection channel. During the production process of the MEMS microphone, the etchant enters the first cavity body, and then enters the second cavity body, which prevents oxides from remaining in the microphone product and affecting the use of MEMS microphone.

In response to a request to invalidate a first data type utilized by one or more of these functions, various embodiments may include accessing an inverted index that specifies a mapping between data types and corresponding functions, stored in the function cache, which depend on those data types. Using the inverted index, various embodiments include identifying a set of functions that depend on the first data type and invalidating the set of functions in the function cache such that the set of functions are no longer accessible by the applications.
