  • Patent number: 10124057
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for enabling ducklings to quickly produce anti-avian influenza antibodies and maintain antibody titer, including: step 1) the first immunization is performed on ducklings at the age of 5 to 15 days: each duckling is inoculated with an avian influenza inactivated antigen in an abdomen, and simultaneously intramuscularly or subcutaneously immunized with an avian influenza inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine. In the method, through the double effects of intraperitoneal inoculation with the inactivated antigen and intramuscular or subcutaneous injection with the inactivated oil-emulsion vaccine on the ducklings, the ducklings can quickly produce an immune response so as to quickly produce the anti-avian influenza antibodies; and the immune dead time of the ducklings immunized with the avian influenza inactivated vaccine can be effectively reduced by more than 7 days.

  • Publication number: 20170369836
Abstract: The present invention discloses a serum-free medium for full suspension culture of MDCK cells and a preparation method of the serum-free medium. The serum-free medium for full suspension culture of the MDCK cells comprises basic metabolic nutrients, nucleotide, vitamins, inorganic salts, a shear force protective agent, a cell clustering resisting agent, a pH buffer agent, a pH indicator, an influenza virus proliferation accelerant and other additives. The preparation method of the serum-free medium for the full suspension culture of the MDCK cells comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a mixed solution: dissolving and mixing raw materials; and 2) regulating pH: regulating the pH of the mixed solution to 6.3 to 6.7, and setting a constant volume to obtain the serum-free medium for the full suspension culture of the MDCK cells.

  • Patent number: 9701946
Abstract: The invention discloses an avian infectious bronchitis virus purification method. The method uses ordinary avian embryo which was affected by avian bronchitis virus. Using the combination of centrifugation, ultrafiltration, concentration, molecular sieve chromatography and ultrafiltration method can effectively remove miscellaneous protein in embryo-derived infectious bronchitis virus antigen, high virus recovery, and have no effect on the activity of avian infectious bronchitis virus. The avian infectious bronchitis virus purified by this method can be directly used in the preparation of avian infectious bronchitis virus vaccine.

  • Publication number: 20160222354
Abstract: The present invention relates to a medium for culturing the M-arc-145 cell, which consists of the following components: the Dulbecco Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM), the solution of gelatin digested by the enzyme and the fetal calf serum; wherein the volume ratio of said DEME, said solution of hydrolytic gelatin by the enzyme and said fetal calf serum is 1 to 2:1 to 5:2 to 5:100. The present invention furthermore provides a preparation method thereof, that is: obtaining the medium by means of taking the solution of gelatin digested by the enzyme, the DEME solution containing the amino acid and the fetal calf serum with the measuring cylinder according to the quantities in the formula, and mixing these components. The medium for culturing the M-arc-145 cell of the present invention may reduce the usage amount of the fetal calf serum during the preparation, hence decreasing the production cost, and of which the preparation method is rather simple and easy to operation.
