    Abstract: The present application relates to a method for adjusting a short-circuit protection value, a power tool, and a computer-readable medium. The method for adjusting a short-circuit protection value comprises the following steps: acquiring a voltage value of an NTC resistor by a sampling module; calculating a temperature value of an MOS tube according to the acquired voltage value of the NTC resistor by an MCU; determining a temperature interval in which the temperature value of the MOS tube is located by the MCU; and calculating a corresponding short-circuit protection value according to the temperature interval by the MCU, the short-circuit protection value being in a linear relationship with the temperature interval, and the short-circuit protection value decreasing as the temperature interval increases.

    Abstract: A compensation system and method for a zero-crossing voltage of back electromotive force of a brushless direct current motor (BLDCM) are provided. The compensation system includes: a direct current power supply; a three-phase inverter, connected to the direct current power supply and the BLDCM; a back electromotive force detection module configured to detect terminal voltages of three phases when the BLDCM is in operation; and a controller, connected to the three-phase inverter through the back electromotive force detection module. The compensation system further includes a current acquisition module connected between the direct current power supply and the controller, and the current acquisition module is configured to acquire a bus current value when the BLDCM is in operation; the controller includes a voltage compensation module connected to the back electromotive force detection module. A bus current threshold is preset in the voltage compensation module.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatuses to perform iterative decoding of Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) codes based on selecting a lambda number of minimum values. In one aspect, an LDPC decoder is configured for: sorting a plurality of incoming messages of a check node according to magnitudes of the incoming messages; identifying a predetermined number of unique message magnitudes from the incoming messages; and computing outgoing messages for a subset of the plurality of incoming message, where the messages of the subset have different magnitudes larger than the predetermined number of unique message magnitudes but the outgoing messages are computed to have the same magnitude. In at least one example, the decoder is further configured for computing outgoing messages that have magnitudes equal to any of the predetermined number of unique message magnitudes. In general, the magnitudes computed for all outgoing messages may not necessarily be the same.
