    Abstract: A cyber-physical integrated restoration method and system for distribution systems based on emergency mobile communications are provided. After extreme natural disasters which cause serious damage to distribution systems, damages of distribution systems are evaluated through system feedback data. When ground communication base stations are unavailable due to the damages, the method can make full use of existing wireless emergency communication resources to provide emergency communication services, and quickly restore the power supply through distribution automation functions with supports of the backup battery of automatic terminal devices, so as to effectively improve the resilience of distribution systems.
