The apparatus may comprise a power supply circuit and a processing unit, wherein the power supply circuit may be connected with an electric energy input end of the processing unit, and the power supply circuit may provide a first power supply for the processing unit; and a forward voltage output end of the processing unit may provide a forward power supply, and a backward voltage output end of the processing end may provide a negative power supply, wherein the processing unit may include a resonant circuit, a first switching frequency of the processing unit may include a resonant frequency of the resonant circuit, and the resonant frequency may be outside an effective frequency range of a load of the apparatus for supplying power.
