Abstract: A server communicates with one or more work machines and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) via a wireless network. When receiving a request signal for desired material, the server analyzes the request signal to determine a location of the work machine, and searches for an AGV according to basic information of a production scene stored a storage device. The server further generates a control command according to the location of the work machine, a starting location of the searched AGV, and arrangement information of AGV tracks obtained from the basic information, and controls the searched AGV to move to the location of the work machine according to the control command, to delivered the desired material carried by the searched AGV to the work machine.

The application serer controls the goods to be transported to a destination station along the designated output guide rail.

Abstract: In a paint curing measurement system and method, the number of products input to an paint curing production line, the frequency of spraying primer on the surfaces of the products, the frequency of drying the primer on the surfaces of the products, a frequency of spraying topcoat on the surfaces of the products, and a yield of the products are calculated. Accordingly, production performance of the paint curing production line is determined. The production performance is output to an output device.

Abstract: A system and method for classifying and defining relationships between product information data is provided. The method classifies the product information data to two different data types. Each data type includes a plurality of items. The items of each of the two types are arranged in a product information tree. The items of all the product information trees are associated to construct a new tree for showing the relationships of the product information data.

Abstract: A Surface Mounted Technology (SMT) monitoring system and method includes setting an alarm threshold of an accident probability, and obtaining the output data from a monitor unit. The SMT monitoring method further includes calculating the accident probability according to the obtained output data, and sending an alarm command to trigger an alarm unit located at the SMT production lines to output an alarm signal if the calculated accident probability is greater than or equal to the set alarm threshold of the accident probability.

Abstract: In a surface mount technology (SMT) measurement system and method, the number of PCBs input to an SMT production line, the frequency of solder paste printing of the PCBs, the frequency of surface mount component placement of the PCBs, and a yield of the PCBs are calculated. Accordingly, production performance of the SMT production line is determined. The production performance is output to an output device.

Abstract: A server in electronic communication with at least one data acquisition unit via a wireless receiver. The server measures energy consumption and productivity of a machine. The machine is installed with a current analyzer and a detection unit, and wirelessly connects to the at least one data acquisition unit. The current analyzer measures the energy consumption of the machine. The detection unit calculates the productivity of the machine. After a search command is sent to the wireless receiver, a usable data acquisition unit collects the energy consumption and the productivity of the machine. The server analyzes the energy consumption and productivity of the machine and generates an analysis chart. The analysis chart is displayed on a display screen.
