    Abstract: A convertible computer is provided. The convertible computer includes: a base housing, a touch housing, and a hinge unit. The base housing is equipped with a built-in control module for determining an angle between the base housing and the touch housing according to rotation of the hinge unit, and controlling the touch screen unit and the electrochromic unit according to the determined angle. When the angle exceeds a preset opening angle, the built-in control module enables the electrochromic unit to present a virtual keyboard, and the built-in control module receives inputs corresponding to manipulation of the virtual keyboard. When the angle is less than a preset closing angle, the built-in control module enables the touch screen unit, and the built-in control module receives inputs corresponding to manipulation of the touch screen unit.

    Abstract: A battery is provided. The battery includes a battery cell, a connector, a universal serial bus, a first micro control unit and a second micro control unit. The connector has an enable pin for determining whether the battery is electrically connected to a portable electronic device through the connector. The first micro control unit is coupled to the enable pin and the second micro control unit is coupled to the universal serial bus. When it is determined that the battery is connected to the portable electronic device, the first micro control unit is enabled to perform a charge/discharge process on the battery cell through the portable electronic device. When it is determined that the battery is not connected to the portable electronic device, the second micro control unit is enabled to electrically connect the battery cell to the universal serial bus.

    Abstract: The invention provides an electronic apparatus. In one embodiment, the electronic apparatus comprises a hard disk, a speaker, and a processor. The hard disk comprises a vibration protection mechanism which lowers the performance of the hard disk when the vibration protection mechanism is activated. The speaker broadcasts a sound. The processor determines whether a vibration level of the speaker is greater than a threshold level, determines whether data stored in the hard disk is being accessed when the vibration level of the speaker is greater than the threshold level, and lowers a volume of the speaker when the data stored in the hard disk is being accessed and the vibration level of the speaker is greater than the threshold level, thereby preventing the vibration protection mechanism from being activated to maintain the performance of the hard disk.
