    Abstract: A flue ozone distributor applied in a low-temperature oxidation denitrification technology and an arrangement manner thereof is disclosed. The flue ozone distributor comprises a distribution main pipe, multiple distribution branch pipes, Venturi distributors and delta wings. The distribution branch pipes are led out from the distribution main pipe as parallel branches. The Venturi distributors are arranged with an equal space on the distribution branch pipes. The delta wings are arranged on one diffusion segment side of the Venturi distributors. The flue ozone distributor is arranged in the flue. The technology is used in the field of denitrification for flue gas of an industrial boiler/kiln by a low-temperature ozone oxidation method. The ozone-injecting direction is consistent with a flow direction of the flue gas. A soot deposit congestion problem does not exist. A turbulent flow behavior of the flue gas and ozone is strengthened. The oxidation efficiency is improved.

    Abstract: Equipment and a method for circulating fluidized bed semidry simultaneous desulfurization and denitration of a sintering flue gas, comprising an ozone generator (2), a diluting blower (1), a mixing buffer tank (3), an ozone distributor (4), and a circulating fluidized bed (CFB) reactor tower (9). When evenly mixed by the mixing buffer tank (3), ozone is injected into a flue (4?) via the ozone distributor (4); and, an oxidized flue gas is introduced into the CFB reactor tower (9), where NOx, SO2, and SO3 in the flue gas are reacted with a Ca-based absorbent under the action of atomized water in the reactor tower, thus implementing simultaneous removal of SOx and NOx. This provides the characteristics of a simple system, great performance, small footprint, and inexpensive investments.

The apparatus comprises a flue (2) and a circulating fluidized bed reaction column (8) connected in sequence, the flue (2) being connected to a bottom inlet of the circulating fluidized bed reaction column (8). The flue (2) is further connected to an ozone generation apparatus (1). The ozone distributor (1) feeds ozone in the flue (2) and sends oxidized flue gas into the circulating fluidized bed reaction column (8), so that the SO2, high-valence NOx, and Hg2+ contained in the flue gas are removed through reactions with a Ca-based absorbent under the effect of atomized water in the reaction column (8).
