Furthermore, a member registered in the schedule is stored in advance in association with phonebook data; in the case where a member is selected on the detailed screen, a mail address and a phone number corresponding to the member are specified; and a mail transmission screen on which a mail address is previously displayed and a phone calling screen on which a phone number is previously displayed are displayed.
