    Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a stabilizer for a color developing agent and application thereof, an application of a composition in preparation of the stabilizer, and a kit. A stabilizer for a color developing agent is provided in the present invention. The stabilizer includes a reducing substance and a weakly acidic buffer, and the weakly acidic buffer has a pH of 3.8-6.2. The reducing substance includes one or more of sodium sulfite, sodium bisulfite, sodium thiosulfate, or 1-mercaptoglycerol. The color developing agent includes one or two of a phenothiazine color developing agent or a triphenylmethane color developing agent. The color developing agent can be stably preserved by using the stabilizer. A method for stably preserving a color developing agent includes dissolving the color developing agent in the stabilizer.

    Abstract: The embodiments of the present application, belonging to the technical field of medical test and assay, and provide a preservative for an in vitro diagnostic reagent. The preservative includes a combination of a sulfadoxine solution and a dimethoprim solution, wherein a molar ratio of sulfadoxine in the sulfadoxine solution to dimethoprim in the dimethoprim solution is from 0.002 to 1. The present disclosure also provides use of the preservative for the in vitro diagnostic reagent. The technical solutions according to the embodiments of the present disclosure improve stability of the reagent, do not affect reactions of the reagent, and may be extensively applied.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a liquid-based cell preservation solution and a method for preparing the same. The preservation solution includes, by mass percentage: 15 to 20% of an alcohol, 0.4 to 0.7% of a buffer component, 0.2 to 0.5% of an ionic strength modifying agent, 0.05 to 2% of an anticoagulant, 0.05 to 0.2% of a mucus dissociating agent, 0.5 to 0.9% of a preservative, and purified water as the balance. The components of cell preservation solution are set reasonably, and the cells may be preserved at normal temperature for a long time to maintain the cell morphology. Addition of the mucus dissociating agent may effectively soften cell mucus, and separates cells adhered by mucus in the sample, thereby preventing cell accumulation. Addition of the preservative may effectively inhibit the proliferation of mold, bacteria or other pathogens and facilitate cell preservation.
