    Abstract: An identity authentication method, terminal device and system are provided. A terminal device scans a two-dimensional code after receiving a two-dimensional code scanning instruction. After receiving the two-dimensional code scanning instruction, the terminal device automatically opens a biometric information acquisition function, and acquires the biometric information of a user currently operating the terminal device. Identity authentication is performed on the biometric information, to determine whether the user has an operation authority corresponding to the two-dimensional code.
