    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a battery heat exchange system which comprises a liquid feeding mechanism, a heat exchange mechanism and a liquid draining mechanism. The liquid feeding mechanism provides a circulating liquid. The heat exchange mechanism is connected with the liquid feeding mechanism and comprises a plurality of heat exchange units and a plurality of connecting units; each heat exchange unit is used to heat or cool a corresponding battery module, and the plurality of connecting units are used to connect the heat exchange units together in series-parallel. The liquid draining mechanism is connected with the heat exchange mechanism, and the circulating liquid provided by the liquid feeding mechanism flows through the heat exchange mechanism and then is drained from the liquid draining mechanism.

    Abstract: The present application relates to a heating control method and a heating control device for a battery structure, and a battery system. The heating control method includes steps of: S10, detecting a temperature value T of the battery structure; S20, judging whether the temperature value T meets a first heating condition, if yes, going to step S30; S30, controlling a positive electrode terminal to be connected with a negative electrode terminal to form short circuit, so as to heat the battery structure using heat generated by a short circuit current. When the first condition is met, the positive and negative terminals are connected to form short circuit, the heat generated by the short circuit current rapidly dissipates in the battery structure, so that the battery structure can be heated rapidly, which decreases the difference between internal and external temperature of the battery structure when adopting conventional heat conduction method.

The heating core generates heat when the heating core is electrified, and has: a wire connection region for electrically connecting with external wires; and a heating region electrically connecting with the wire connection region, rated heating powers of different parts of the heating region are different so as to meet demand for heat of each battery module in each of different regions of the at least one battery module when the at least one battery module is heated. The two insulating films respectively cover two sides of the heating core.

This application has the following beneficial effect: uniform temperature plates are arranged between single batteries, cooling fin in accordance with the single batteries are arranged on outer surfaces of two sides of the uniform temperature plate, such cooling structure adopts the existing module structure and volume of battery pack, meanwhile improving the heat dissipation effect of the battery pack, and reducing the battery temperature to a lower level than that of the existing wind cooling module, which is cost and time efficient with simple structure and simple procedure.
