  • Patent number: 10918301
Abstract: A system for providing information about a patient's heart includes one or more electrodes that receive signals from electrical activity of the heart over one or more heart beat cycles. The system is characterized by an electronic processor coupled to the one or more electrodes to: receive the signals from the one or more electrodes; execute an automated set-up routine that processes the signals to automatically provide at least some set-up results for new mapping configurations; and/or process the signals with beat detection and beat acceptance criteria for new or existing mapping configurations to provide information about how well the signals match one or more of the new or existing mapping configurations.

  • Patent number: 10621790
Abstract: A system and method for voltage-guided anatomical shell editing includes outputting, to a display device, an anatomical shell of a cardiac structure. The anatomical shell is based on signals sensed by a mapping probe, each signal including a respective sensed voltage. User input specifying a first target depth for editing is received, as is a selection of a first region of the anatomical shell. A modified anatomical shell is generated by removing a first portion of the anatomical shell including the selected first region to a first editing depth based on the first target depth and generating a new surface region on the modified anatomical shell. Based on the voltage associated with the new surface region, the edit can be maintained, undone, and/or modified.

  • Publication number: 20180325456
Abstract: Medical devices and method for generating multi-time scale waveforms for display of sensor measurements are disclosed. Sensed or measured output signals from a sensor, such as a catheter, are processed to generate a first data set that uses a first time scale and a second data set that uses a second time scale. The generated data sets are then displayed on a display by juxtaposing the first data set with the second data set. In this manner, measurement data from the sensor can be shown in dual time scales that allow for faster and more efficient visual diagnostic assessments.

  • Publication number: 20170092013
Abstract: Embodiments for adjustable depth anatomical shell editing are disclosed. In an embodiment, a method for adjustable depth anatomical shell editing comprises: outputting, to a display device, a first anatomical shell of a cardiac structure, wherein the first anatomical shell is based on a plurality of signals sensed by a mapping probe; receiving, from a user input device, a selection of a portion of the first anatomical shell; generating a modified anatomical shell that has the selected portion removed to an approximate depth from the first anatomical shell, wherein the approximate depth is finite; and outputting, to the display device, the modified anatomical shell.
