    Abstract: An automatic closing seat apparatus that operates on a controlled release of air. A control cylinder is formed integral to a seat cover with magnets available for securing the seat cover and seat in a tandem position. A water sensor is positioned in a conventional water closet to allow for release of air when the water level drops during the flushing of the toilet bowl. The shut off valve can control the flow rate of air between the seat cover and the water closet to operate as a shut off switch to prohibit unauthorized entry into the toilet bowl area.
