  • Patent number: 9359811
Abstract: A sill drainage member for a window assembly which can include at least one sash. The sash includes a window pane in a frame which can be a single or double glazed window. The sill drainage member has an elongate body with an upper surface and lower surface. The upper surface includes drainage means which is adapted to drain moisture from a window sash. The sill drainage member is adapted to be located and fixed underneath a window sash. A method of installing the sill drainage member with slope blocks and double glazing units is also included and a method of retro fitting double glazed units in wooden sashes.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: June 7, 2016
    Assignee: RETRO-FIT NZ LIMITED
Inventors: David George Hughes, Russell Leslie Gilden, Graeme Francis Clarke, Christopher John Smith, Glenn Hughes
  • Patent number: 8937469
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for zero current detection and discontinuous conduction mode digital detection for a boost power factor correction converter based on a digital signal processor are disclosed. By effectively using resources in a processor with integrated high-speed comparators, simple detection can be accomplished with cost and performance over alternative detection methods. The methods and apparatus can be employed in an adaptive digital controller for mixed-conduction mode in the converter and can provide for lower total harmonic distortion and greater power factors than a non-adaptive controller.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: February 8, 2013
Date of Patent: January 20, 2015
    Assignee: Delta-Q Technologies Corp.
Inventors: Colin William Clark, Fariborz Musavi, Russell Leslie Lewis, Ewan Murray Edington

  • Publication number: 20140081940
Abstract: A system and method for transferring data between a charging system comprising a data control module and a removable memory is provided. The method comprises the data control module detecting a connection with a removable memory module and identifying and selecting a file on the removable memory. The data control module then obtains the selected file from the removable memory.

  • Publication number: 20060091822
Abstract: A method of commissioning a switch to control an electric luminaire in an indoor space responsive to signals from a photosensor. A first plurality of sensor signal values is calculated when the photosensor is disposed at a first location within the space. A second plurality of sensor signal values is calculated when the photosensor is disposed at a second location within the space. A first threshold value is calculated for switching on the luminaire when light in the space is less than a first value. A second threshold value is calculated for switching off the luminaire when light in the space is greater than a second value.
