The central chamber can be oriented along a central axis within an outer shell and the inlet and the outlet can be configured to allow a projectile from a firearm to pass along the central axis. The inlet end coupling feature of the first device can be removably coupleable with a muzzle end of a firearm and the inlet end coupling feature of the second device can be removably coupleable with the outlet end coupling feature of the first device beyond the muzzle end of the firearm.
