Abstract: Compounds, compositions, and methods related to bioenergetic metabolism are provided. The compounds and compositions are suited to promote bioenergetic processes including cellular respiration and glycolytic flux and may be used to treat mitochondrial disorders, neurodegenerative diseases (such as Alzheimer's disease (AD), Parkinson's disease, and/or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), multiple sclerosis, and/or epilepsy.

Abstract: A porous matrix substrate that has chlorite reactant distributed therein can be used to produce gaseous chlorine dioxide. Ozone-containing gas can pass through the porous matrix substrate and the ozone can react with the chlorite to produce chlorine dioxide.

Abstract: Methods and systems for providing advance warning of a change in status of a traffic light to drivers approaching an intersection. The systems and methods include secondary lights positioned in advance of a traffic light at an intersection so that they are visible to oncoming traffic; and using a controller to control the plurality of secondary lights to start flashing before the traffic light changes from green to yellow. Once activated, the lights flash in the direction of oncoming traffic to warn drivers approaching the intersection that a stop may be required and that caution should be exercised.

Abstract: A personal wheeled container exterior support shelf that can be attached to an existing personal wheeled container is provided. The exterior support shelf comprises an elongated support member, the support member having a longitudinal axis and including a pair of plates that form a cavity that extends along the longitudinal axis of the support member, and a shelf extension assembly. The shelf extension assembly includes a pair of extendable/retractable shelf extensions that can be extended from and retracted into the cavity through an open end of the support member to extend the length of the support member along its longitudinal axis beyond each side of the wheeled personal container. A personal wheeled container is also provided.

Abstract: The present invention provides a system for providing a seed grower with conditioned seed for planting the following cropping cycle from a portion of the harvested crop from a single seed production field. In one embodiment, the system includes an agreement between the seed production company and seed grower to plant and produce a varietal crop for seed purposes with specific genetic characteristics. The seed grower is initially furnished with source seed from the seed production company that matches these specified genetic characteristics and required to meet defined process specifications and results. At appropriate corresponding times during the planting, growing and harvesting processes, a seed production company representative and/or grower may inspect the seed grower's seed source, planting, cultivating, machinery, transport and storage.
