Abstract: A human extremity warming apparatus includes a first strap and a second strap with a housing positioned thereinbetween. The warming apparatus includes a warming device. The warming device has an upper surface and a lower surface. The upper surface may have a first sheet of material. The first sheet of material may include a heat-transferring material that provides heat to a user at a first temperature. The lower surface may have a second sheet of material that includes a protective layer that transfers heat to the skin at a second temperature. The upper surface and lower surface may be color coded or have other indicia to assist a user in determining the type of heating surface. The apparatus may be adjusted to fit on the wrists or legs of a user.
