A solid pyrotechnic composition, and method for making the same, which has a flame temperature and exhibits ballistic performance comparable to that of boron/potassium nitrate and that is preferably free of boron is also provided.

Abstract: A system and method is provided for surveilling call terminations to a roaming mobile in a wireless telecommunications network in which Location Request Queries (LRQs) for the target mobile can be sent from any MSC in the network. The system and method include forcing the path of the target mobile's call terminations through a predetermined Target Intercept Access Point (TIAP) for surveillance while meeting CALEA constraints including the requirement that information about surveillance may not be shared over public interfaces.

Abstract: A system and method of call delivery from an Originating End to a Terminating End in a telecommunications network is provided in which the Calling Party can direct the call to be forwarded directly to the Called Party's Call Forwarding Destination. An Originator Initiated Direct To Call Forwarding Destination indicator is associated with the call and sent from the Originating End of the telecommunications network to the Terminating End for notifying the Terminating End that the call is to be sent directly to the Called Party's Call Forwarding Destination.

Abstract: A method and system for providing an anonymous call redirection service for wireless service subscribers by implementing service logic within the wireless network to intercept incoming calls for which no calling name or number is available and redirect the calls to an intelligent peripheral device for further processing. In one embodiment, anonymous calls are directed to an intelligent peripheral such as a network-based recording device, which records the caller's name and then repeats or plays this name to the called party, before the call is connected to allow the called party to accept or reject the call.
