  • Publication number: 20230127735
Abstract: A combined microalgae and mycorrhizal fungi granular formulation includes a microalgae inoculant combined with a mycorrhizal fungi inoculant with demineralized water to maintain moisture and applied to carrier granules such as a natural clay-based or mineral-based material. The coated granules are dried and may be applied to agricultural areas in dried granular form.

  • Publication number: 20210407643
Abstract: Methods and systems for providing a personalized cannabinoid or psychedelic compound treatment regimen to a patient include obtaining genotypes of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) from a patient's genetic test and modifying base values, such as base dosages or base ratios, using weighting values reflecting the obtained genotypes to obtain regimen values for treating the patient. The regimen values take into account expected responses to cannabinoids or psychedelic compounds based on patient genetic information.

  • Patent number: 9896692
Abstract: An activation tagging construct for maize that includes one or more sugarcane bacilliform viral (SCBV) enhancer elements, and resulting tagged populations and plants, are described. In one example, an activation tagging DNA construct includes a coding sequence for a transposase, a detectable reporter (such as anthocyanin regulatory genes B-Peru and C1) and a non-autonomous transposable T-DNA cassette. For example, the transposable T-DNA cassette is inserted into the detectable reporter encoding region such that the B-Peru and C1 genes express anthocyanins in a cell containing the maize activation tagging DNA construct only upon excision of the transposable cassette. Methods of generating a tagged population of maize plants include transforming a maize plant cell or tissue with the disclosed constructs.
