Abstract: A method and system facilitate scheduling of a response to a text directed to a landline by maintaining a registration of a handler system with a text hub, wherein the text hub intercepts text messages forwarded through a mobile carrier to multiple dedicated landlines. A message router of the registered handler system identifies the destination landline and routes the text message to a call center server system based on the identified destination landline. The method additionally includes processing the text message at the call center server utilizing a text processor. The text processor identifies a text sender, schedules a follow-up communication at a follow-up time, and queues the text message and scheduled follow-up.

Abstract: A transaction management method and system are providing for managing disposition of funds for system users based on account activity. The method stores account data for the system users and instructions and at least a downloadable mobile application, The method receives through an interface over a network, an indication of account activity by the system user and determines a type of account activity. The method further identifies identifying a spending category for the account activity and performs an accounting for the spending category to determine if the account activity is indicative of system user underspending. The method further includes investing calculated underspending. An investment card may be utilized.

A network interface receives parameters entered by the subscribers through the mobile application on the subscriber mobile device and receives inventory updates from vendor systems, the inventory updates including at least a vendor price and identifying information. The system communicates with an accounts server to confirm subscriber funds and place a hold on subscriber funds equal to the required subscriber price and implementing a matching algorithm to detect matching results by determining if any vendor prices and identifying information satisfy any required subscriber prices and descriptions. The system transmits an alert to the subscriber mobile device with matching results, receives a selection from the subscriber of at least one of the matching results, conducting payment processing for the matching result and closes the transaction.
