  • Patent number: 11924375
Abstract: Various embodiments relate generally to data science and data analysis, computer software and systems, and control systems to provide a platform to implement automated responses to data representing electronic messages, among other things, and, more specifically, to a computing and data platform that implements logic to facilitate implementation of an automated predictive response computing system independent of electronic communication channel or payload of an electronic message payload, the automated predictive response computing system being configured to implement, for example, an automated voice-text response engine configured to build and adaptively implement conversational data flows based on, for example, classification of an electronic message and a predictive response. In some examples, a method may include detecting an electronic message includes inbound voice data, analyzing inbound voice data, invoking an automated response application, and selecting a response, among other things.

Abstract: Various embodiments relate generally to data science and data analysis, computer software and systems, and control systems to provide a platform to implement automated responses to data representing electronic messages, among other things, and, more specifically, to an automated predictive response computing system independent of electronic communication channel of an electronic message payload, the automated predictive response computing system being configured to, for example, implement a universal data space based on, at least in part, conversational data flows, which may be classified and used to provide a predictive response to assist resolution, such as assisting an agent among other things. In an example, a method may include augmenting at least a subset of one or more portions of communication data, implementing augmented communication portion data to determine a predicted response, and generating data to facilitate the predicted response based on the subset of inbound electronic messages.

  • Publication number: 20230030966
Abstract: Techniques for omnichannel data analysis are described, including receiving a sub-atomic interaction set at an omnichannel data analysis engine, transforming the sub-atomic interaction set from a first object to a second object associated with a data cohort, modifying an attribute of the second object to configure the second object to be used in sub-atomic interaction convergence, identifying related interactions from the sub-atomic interaction set to be combined into an atomic interaction, aligning a data attribute parsed from the atomic interaction to identify interaction attributes from data channels monitored by the omnichannel data analysis engine, conforming the data attribute to a unified atomic interaction object definition, evaluating the atomic interaction and the data attribute, extracting a portion of the second object to derive another attribute, performing enrichment set analysis on the second object and data cohort, and generating an output of the analysis.

  • Patent number: 10152717
Abstract: Customer care representatives in the telecommunications industry and other service-based industries receive problem reports from customers associated with serviceIDs. These customer care representatives have access to at least one data store that contains pieces of content that may aid the customer care representative in assisting the customer. The pieces of content may be related to devices supported by the telecommunications service provider and services provided by or supported by the provider. The ability of the customer care representatives to assist customer is enhanced by returning a prioritized list of pieces of content where the priority is based on a content quality metric associated with some or all of the pieces of content. The content quality metric may be based on a plurality of factors that may each be normalized and weighted and, in some cases, combined, to determine a content quality metric that may be updated dynamically, periodically, or manually.

  • Patent number: 8724795
Abstract: A call center problem resolution system is provided. The system comprises, a computer system comprising at least one processor and a memory, a data store coupled to the computer, and an application stored in the memory. When executed by the processor, the application receives call information comprising a calling number, and it retrieves communication equipment information based on the calling number, communication service plan information based on the calling number, and communication network operations information based on the communication service plan information. When executed, the application further receives words describing a problem experienced by communication equipment associated with the calling number.
