    Abstract: A handheld device for wetting, washing and/or rinsing animals, objects or people. The invention comprises a water and/or soap dispenser and an encapsulating element that creates a 360 degree spray of water. The invention optionally allows for soap to be dispensed through a soap dispenser into the jet streams to create a soapy water stream. This device quickly bathes and rinses animals and in particular dogs. This invention is also drawn to a method of washing/rinsing animals, objects or people using a handheld washing/rinsing device.
