Abstract: A washing device including a connector configured to removably couple the washing device to a fluid source, an encapsulating element including a first segment and a second segment, the encapsulating element including a plurality of openings, a pivoting mechanism coupling the first and second segments, the pivoting mechanism providing relative adjustment between the first and second segments, and a flow path providing fluid communication from the fluid source to the plurality of openings when the washing device is coupled to the fluid source via the connector.
