The devices include a first mounting member that has a body and a coupling portion extending outwardly from the body. The coupling portion is configured to be directly or indirectly secured to a portion of the boat. The device also has a second mounting member movably coupled to the first mounting member. The second mounting member has a body configured to be directly or indirectly secured to the transducer. The device also includes a coupling assembly to movably couple the first mounting member to the second mounting member. The device is movable between a first operating position where the transducer is operable in a first mode when the transducer is secured to the device and a second operating position where the transducer is operable in a second mode when the transducer is secured to the device.
