Abstract: An apparatus is provided that includes a top tray configured to conform to upper teeth, having a curved shape adapted to fit tooth and mouth contours and a recessed rear section with reduced thickness and length, terminating before posterior molars to minimize soft tissue contact. The apparatus comprises a bottom tray configured to conform to lower teeth, having a curved shape and asymmetrical inner ridge higher than the outer ridge to position the lower jaw forward. The apparatus comprises a top position adjuster attached to the top tray's underside, featuring a gap enabling vertical movement relative to a bottom position adjuster and an interlocking hook engaging with the top tray recess for detachable connection. The apparatus comprises the bottom position adjuster attached to the bottom tray's topside, featuring a protrusion within the gap limiting vertical movement and an interlocking hook engaging with the bottom tray recess for detachable connection.
