Abstract: A service to assist users in obtaining class-action lawsuit settlement damages to which they are entitled is disclosed. In some embodiments, user accounts are periodically accessed and purchase data identified and compared to settlement damages eligibility data to determine user eligibility for one or more settlement damages. For all settlements for which the service determines the user is a class member, one or more requisite settlement damages-claims are submitted by the service, with the user's information, to the appropriate Settlement Administrator, on behalf of the user.
