The support system includes a base, a riser coupled to the base, a support coupled to the riser and a locking mechanism positioned at a distal end of the riser. The second block comprising a second aperture and a second inclined surface, wherein tightening the fastener slides the first block with respect to the second block, such that the first inclined surface wedges against the second inclined surface.
