Publication number: 20240008807Abstract: Disclosed techniques include wound care image analysis using light signatures. A light wavelength is excited on a material sample. The exciting enables capture of fluorescence characteristics of the material sample. The material sample exhibits fluorescence characteristics along the Red-Green-Blue light wavelength spectrum. The material sample is illuminated with at least three additional light wavelengths. The illuminating enables capture of reflectance characteristics of the material sample. The material sample exhibits reflectance characteristics along the Red-Green-Blue light wavelength spectrum. An output indicative of biophysical status of the material sample is generated. The output is based on analysis of the fluorescence characteristics and the reflectance characteristics. The analysis includes identifying a wound topology within the material sample. The wound topology is identified based on measurements in the wound sample. A thermal image of the material sample is captured.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 19, 2023Publication date: January 11, 2024Applicant: Precision Healing, Inc.Inventors: Ryan Daniel Williams, David B. Publication number: 20230420147Abstract: Cyber-security techniques are described for monitoring a cloud environment and identifying potential problems, including malicious threats, to the monitored cloud environment using operational telemetry. Techniques are described for monitoring and collecting data related to reverse or recursive DNS (rDNS) traffic associated with a monitored cloud environment. The recursive DNS traffic includes recursive DNS (rDNS) requests originating from the cloud environment and responses to those requests received from DNS resolvers. This collected data is then analyzed to identify potential threats to the monitored cloud environment. The collected data may be analyzed to identify potential sources of threats and to identify one or more portions of the cloud environment that are the targets of the threats. The analysis may trigger alerts to be generated, actions to be performed (e.g., protective measures), reports to be generated, patterns to be recognized, etc.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 13, 2023Publication date: December 28, 2023Applicant: Oracle International CorporationInventors: Christopher Robert BAKER, Peter Martin HANILY, Ryan Daniel SCHILCHER, Jonathan Philip TAIMANGLO

Publication number: 20220288380Abstract: The present disclosure is directed towards systems and methods built for predictively timing the inflation and/or deflation of an intra-aortic balloon pump. A controller operates in three states: (1) initialization state, (2) learning state, and (3) peak detection state. The controller decomposes a patient's electrocardiogram signal to a power signal. It then learns characteristics of the patient's electrocardiogram signal during the learning state and computes adaptive threshold parameter values. During the peak detection state, the controller applies the learnt threshold parameter values on a current electrocardiogram signal to identify occurrence and timings of R peaks in the electrocardiogram signal. The R-to-R peak timings are then used to trigger inflation of an intra-aortic balloon pump.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 29, 2022Publication date: September 15, 2022Inventors: Robert M. Publication number: 20220257622Abstract: The present invention provides compositions and formulations capable of maintaining or promoting the growth of certain strains of Lactobacilli spp. The compositions and formulations generally comprise only a single therapeutic agent selected from the group consisting of isomaltulose, maltitol, pullulan, maltotriose, 2-deoxy-D-ribose, 1-kestose and erlose. The single therapeutic agent is the sole source of carbon for bacterium when administered to a user. Despite comprising only a single therapeutic agent the compositions have been shown to promote the growth and maintenance of beneficial Lactobacilli and to effectively inhibit the growth of pathogens associated with urogenital infections. As such administration of the compositions maintain a healthy microflora balance in the urogenital area.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 6, 2022Publication date: August 18, 2022Inventors: Jingru Li, Lindsay Adrienne Peed, Cheryce Francina Joyner, Rebecca Ann Vongsa, David William Koenig, Ryan Daniel Bartell
