    Abstract: A fish lure component includes a hook portion having first and second hook members disposed in an opposing arrangement. A biasing member for normally biasing the hook portion in a closed configuration is disposed between the first and second hook members. A vane structure is provided to cause the fish lure component to rotate about an axis thereof during movement through a body of water and along a direction that is generally aligned with the axis. The hook portion is operable between the closed configuration and an open configuration in response to a fish strike on the hook portion.

    Abstract: A tool interchange for a submersible remote operated vehicle (ROV) arm includes a first interchange body that affixes to an ROV arm. A second interchange body is carried by the first interchange body to rotate on a rotation axis. The second interchange body includes a tool mount actuable between gripping an ROV tool to the second interchange body and releasing the ROV tool from the second interchange body. An inductive power coupling part is provided in the tool mount. The inductive power coupling part is presented outwardly in the tool mount opposite the first interchange body, resides on the rotation axis and is fixed with respect to the first interchange body while the second interchange body rotates. The inductive power coupling part is adapted to inductively communicate power with a corresponding inductor power coupling part of the ROV tool when the ROV tool is docked in the tool mount.

The material sample exhibits reflectance characteristics along the Red-Green-Blue light wavelength spectrum. An output indicative of biophysical status of the material sample is generated. The output is based on analysis of the fluorescence characteristics and the reflectance characteristics. The analysis includes identifying a wound topology within the material sample. The wound topology is identified based on measurements in the wound sample. A thermal image of the material sample is captured.

The collected data may be analyzed to identify potential sources of threats and to identify one or more portions of the cloud environment that are the targets of the threats. The analysis may trigger alerts to be generated, actions to be performed (e.g., protective measures), reports to be generated, patterns to be recognized, etc.

The strained silicon membrane can have a photoelastic coupling with the SiGe optical waveguide. A capacitor, comprising a superconducting material, can be formed in proximity to the optical resonator. The top plate of the capacitor can be associated with the strained silicon membrane. A recessed region can be formed in the back side of the substrate along a desired silicon plane, extending to form a hole in the top side of the substrate. A superconducting material can be applied along substrate surfaces defining the recessed region and hole. The superconducting material covering the hole can be the bottom plate of the capacitor.
