Patent number: 12623837Abstract: A fiberglass frame for a shipping container supports dunnage or other support members for separating parts. The fiberglass frame comprises four hollow vertical edge members made of fiberglass, each extending between corner assemblies. The fiberglass frame further comprises a roof and a base each made of hollow fiberglass members. Each hollow fiberglass member extends between two corner assemblies. The corner assemblies are also made of fiberglass. The inherent lack of electrical conductivity in the frame prevents sensitive parts shipped in the dunnage or other support members from being damaged or compromised.Type: GrantFiled: October 29, 2024Date of Patent: May 12, 2026Assignee: L&P Property Management CompanyInventors: Ryan Day, Nicholas A. Blank, Shannon L. Cline, Scott A Schnell

Patent number: 12141586Abstract: A method for configuring and deploying execution environments for software applications includes receiving a bootstrap execution environment from a data store, the bootstrap execution environment including a software application, the software application including a manifest of dependencies. The method includes executing the bootstrap execution environment and determining whether an enhanced execution environment is available from the data store. When the enhanced execution environment is available from the data store, the method includes receiving the enhanced execution environment from the data store and enhancing the bootstrap execution environment based on the received enhanced execution environment. When the enhanced execution environment is not available from the data, the method includes enhancing the bootstrap execution environment based on the manifest of dependencies to create the enhanced execution environment and storing the enhanced execution environment in the data store.Type: GrantFiled: April 27, 2023Date of Patent: November 12, 2024Assignee: Google LLCInventors: Dominic Kramer, Ryan Day

Publication number: 20240123009Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an infused botanical such as cannabis flowers that contain volatile and aromatic components, such as cannabinoids, terpenes, aldehydes, ketones and esters. A process of infusing these botanicals with terpenes, aldehydes, ketones and esters helps to improve flavor profile, aroma, and enhance bio-efficacy. The total terpene content of the infused botanical is between 1% to 15% w/w of the one or more botanicals in one embodiment, and between 2.5 to 3.5% w/w in another embodiment. These terpene content percentages fortify the infused botanical with higher terpene numbers that that which occurs naturally in one embodiment of the invention. In another embodiment, the invention restores or bolsters an initial terpene, aldehydes, ketone and ester profile. This invention can be used to infuse pre-rolled botanical cigarettes to extend shelf life and aroma, as well as to infuse rolling papers or cellulosic packages for botanicals and other products.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 9, 2023Publication date: April 18, 2024Inventors: Ryan Day, Samantha Bevins

Publication number: 20170326311Abstract: Fit testing is conduct to ensure that gas mask provide proper protection to workers that may be exposed to airborne contamination. Standard fit test procedures require the mixing of fit test compounds to specific fit testing composition required for threshold testing and subsequent fit testing. A device is needed for easy mixing of the components of the fit test composition and easy delivery of fit test composition during a fit test. For example, a device for fit testing of a gas mask on an individual wearer may include a sprayer, at least one ampoule containing a fit testing component, and a reservoir containing the ampoule and a solvent for the fit test component. The reservoir may be hollow body having a sealed inner volume. The reservoir may be deformable to break at least one hermetically sealed ampoule without tearing or otherwise breaking the reservoir.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 12, 2017Publication date: November 16, 2017Applicant: Nextteq LLCInventors: Bryan I.
